No, the price given is the net total price. We like to try and keep things as simple as possible.
Yes. Please keep in mind that the vehicle comes with Basic Comprehensive Insurance Only. Since vehicle does not include Full Coverage Insurance, you are responsible for anything that may happen to the vehicle, damages or otherwise while in your possession. If you do not want to this responsibility, It is highly advised that you obtain your own Full Coverage Insurance.
Yes, we also offer special programs for Uber and Lyft drivers as well. Please contact us directly to inquire about those programs.
Our Business model requires that the minimum rental rate is for at least 1 week. That being said if you do not actually need it for 1 week you can always return it sooner.
Yes, Mileage is unlimited, However please keep in mind that proximity is limited. Generally speaking our rentals are for use in the general Las Vegas (60 Mile Radius from the Center of Las Vegas) area only. If you need to travel outside of the general Las Vegas area please let us know where you need to travel to and we will add the necessary coverage for you to do so and inform you of what the Out of Town Fee will be.
You can rent for as long as you like. Some of our customers have indeed rented for a very long time. We make sure our long term renters are taken car of by making renewal simple, fast, easy and fully automated. We also make sure that your vehicle stays safe and well maintained. We have great relationships with several Automotive Shops in the General Las Vegas area who are equipped to keep your vehicle safe and well maintained. We will help coordinate everything with the Automotive shop on your behalf. In most cases they will be able to provide you a temporary vehicle to drive while yours is being maintained.
We do everything in our power to keep all the vehicles well maintained but even then occasionally issues happen that are out of our control. Please contact us right away so we can determine the best course of action and get you back on the road as expeditiously as possible. If the issue is a flat tire and you do not want to bother with putting the spare on yourself, or if you are experiencing another type of issue do not worry we have roadside service providers or other solutions to resolve the issue.
We ask that you please do not smoke in any of our vehicles. Thank You. We do not allow smoking in any of our vehicles as we want to keep our vehicles fresh for smokers and non-smokers alike.
Accepted payment methods in order of most preferred to least preferred are: Cash App, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo and Cash. Cash is the least preferred method of payment, especially if it is used to renew your rental each week however we do offer solutions for Cash paying clients. Weekly renewal Payments can be done via Direct Physical Bank Deposit (Information will be provided at time of first weekly Renewal) or in person. There is a $25 Fee to Take Payments in Person for each renewal week.
Depending on how the Deposit was paid you will typically receive it back immediately in the same way it was paid once the vehicle is returned and found to be in the same or better condition as delivered to you and with at least the same amount of fuel in it. In the event there are any fees owed those fees will be deducted from your deposit.
